This is just a blog dedicated to any and all Homestuck meetups in the San Antonio area that incorporate the Can Town Project. This was inspired by the huge success of a meetup that took place in November 2011.

Wonderful! The meet up is still set to go on! If there is a sudden change in weather, we will inform you on whether or not we will move locations (Though we probably will stay! ^^;;).

hi snoball here and this is my first time hosting an event
there will be food and drink supplied and if you would like to bring something go ahead just as long as it doesn’t poison us and if you need utensils for the food you brought please bring some or arrange with me if you aren’t able to
and you are welcome to bring anyone you like as long as they are not murderers or something
there will be games played and i will make a post for that and cosplay is very much encouraged
also we will have an easter egg hunt so make sure to bring a basket
if you have an idea for the meetup ask me first dont just go and take control im very opennminded so ill see if we can do what you want
ABOUT THE HUNT:
it will be held at 1:00 SHARP
all eggs will have something in them
as said before bring a basket and dont be afraid to get creative
i will have a closed off area with signs so people wont steal our eggs
there will be like 3 or 4 special eggs that will win you a prize if you end up with 2 you must pass it on to someone without one
prizes will be scarves scalemates of something idk you’ll see them there
i will explain which egg gets what prize there
for people who were late because of traffic or something i will have extra eggs so you will still get something if you’re late

This meet up is to celebrate another full year cycle of being part of the mass fandom that is Homestuck!
Extra info:
We will be doing a Can Town/Can Drive so that we may help those in need because not only are there sick fires with can puns, but we can spare a few cans for those who are more needy!
You may cosplay if you’d like, but it is /NOT/ mandatory! Though, not gonna lie, it’s so much fun if you’re dressed up!
We tend to have photoshoots, so it would be nice to have a cosplay, even if it’s just the outfit or wig!

Why? well i have gotten back into hetalia and the hetalia fans at my school are wack. I know there are some hetalia fans in the San antonio area and id enjoy hanging out with them. “What are we gonna do about food?”
Itd be nice if you were to bring food, but not just junk food; some people cant eat that stuff. Also bring some money because we will leave in small groups to walk to Mcdonalds. I need people to bring food for im highly aware that not everyone likes fast food and i want people to be satisfied.
Costumes:

Check it out, San Antoniostucks! It may not be a Can Town meetup, but a meetup uniting two pretty cool fandoms should still be fun!

We currently don’t really have any plans for any at the moment that I’m aware of, though I’d personally love to have a 4/13 meetup even though it’s kind of far away from now, just because I’ve missed everyone since my car was broken all fall and because it’s only fitting that we have a meetup on that day! Perhaps there could be a meetup or two between now and then, though. Howsugoii and I will have to fill you in on the details once we have something planned! ;D

I’m not in charge of the event but as far as I’m concerned, bring as many or as few as you want! Can donations are encouraged since this is a Can Town group but you’re not required to bring any specific amount. c:

There really isn’t a age limit! Meet ups are for everyone to have fun and join together as a large mass fandom! As far as public meets are concerned there really is no age limit! I mean, if you’ve read Homestuck you know what kind of place you may be getting yourself into.
